SPECIAL OFFER FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED TRAVEL AGENTS (specialized in flights bookings)

If you are or you feel you can quickly become the highest level specialist in flights bookings through major GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan) and you are communicative, customer oriented person then we have a proposal right for you.

As you will be responsible for handling inbound calls (mostly from US customers at the first stage) concerning flight bookings and everything related to it (issue, reissue, cancellations of airtickets, etc.) as well as you will complete travel arrangements for client for hotel, car, tour, cruise and ground transportation vendors at the lowest possible fares we need from you:

- excellent written and oral skills in (American) English
- excellent knowledge of travel industry including proficiency in all GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or all together), ticketing procedures for air travel, hotel booking and car rental requirements.
- excellent customer care and a courteous attitude
- confidentiality, flexibility and results oriented approach
- positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- high level of self motivation (anyway we will motivate you too :)
- capability to act in a team
