As a global company connected with tourism industry for our office located in Lodz, we are looking for Customer Service Agents with one of the languages: French, Portuguese or Spanish.

Job description:
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide support within requested area
• Advice customer on appropriate actions

Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of one of the languages: French, Portuguese or Spanish
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a local & global teams
