Main responsibilities:
• Selling travel related products and services (hotels, cars, flight tickets)
• Helping customers to identify their needs and expectations in terms of arranging their travels
• Explaining relevant terms and conditions regarding travel procedures
• Handling incoming calls and email requests from customers
• Keeping up to date with product developments and changes of to procedures

Candidate profile:
• Excellent oral and written skills in German
• Good command of the English language
• Determination to reach and exceed targets
• Supporting a healthy competitive culture
• Being able to overcome objections by thinking outside of the box
• Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
• Previous call center, travel industry or/and Sales experience - as an asset
