Tourism Sales Specialist

Main responsibilities:

 Selling travel related products and services (hotels, cars, flight tickets)
 Helping customers to identify their needs and expectations in terms of arranging their travels
 Explaining relevant terms and conditions regarding travel procedures
 Handling incoming calls and email requests from customers
 Keeping up to date with product developments and changes of to procedures

Candidate profile:
 Excellent oral and written skills in German
 Good command of the English language
 Determination to reach and exceed targets
 Supporting a healthy competitive culture
 Being able to overcome objections by thinking outside of the box
 Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
 Previous call center, travel industry or/and Sales experience - as an asset
