For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:
Cashier
Localization: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 2 920 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR)
Responsibilities:
• Creating the most professional Service team in Food & Beverage - Enterprises Group
• Providing high quality customer service
• Emphasizing and projecting a high image of the QMA and the outlet
• Being co-responsible for the achieving and maintaining the outlet standards
• Keeping good customer relations and attend to customer complain and queries satisfactorily.
• Attending all staff meetings and trainings scheduled Departmental and other related activities.
• Supporting the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned
• Handling guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• Undertaking any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Manager
• Reporting any misunderstanding, problem or accident with guest or staff
• Being responsible for providing professional service in food and beverage outlets
• Actively using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increased revenue
• Actively communicating with the guest in the outlet in order to obtain feedback, as well as to generate revenue by recommendation
• Discovering customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and to meet sales targets
• Monitoring consistently quality of food & beverages being served
• Being responsible for all service preparations before, during & after the service (mise-en-place & mise-en-scene)
• Ensuring minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Assisting with the taking of the restaurant inventory as directed by the Manager
• Operating the cash register to ensure a high level of accuracy and honesty.
• Preparing cash counter for service with adequate mise-en-place.
• Maintaining par- stock and inventory according to stock levels and advise on re-ordering.
Requirements:
• Food & Beverage background
• High School or relevant discipline diploma
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar or relevant position
• Knowledge of English at a good level
• Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment
• Proven track record corroborated by service certificates
• Excellent references
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn

• Employment on the basis of one year contract by government entity, possibility of extending the period of cooperation
