For our Client - international chain of restaurants entering the Polish market - we are currently looking for an experienced candidates to join the business and take full control of pre-opening operations.

General Restaurant Manager

Work place: Warsaw / Kraków / Wrocław / Poznań

Main duties:
- Responsible for restaurant pre-opening activities: assistance with search of locations, lease and construction arrangements, business forecast, budget preparation
- Obtaining licenses and permits required for restaurant location and operations
- Identify the problems encountered in operations and providing advice and recommendation to the management
- Responsible for day to day operations
- Control quality on food and services
- Control costs and budgets
- Recruit and train staff
- Liaise with suppliers and 3rd parties
- Ensure that service standards, customer service and quality levels are maintained to the highest standards

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3years top management experience in restaurant business / F&B operations (previous franchise restaurant experience preferable)
- Fluent English - both spoken and written
- Knowledge of the restaurant pre-opening, recruitment, training, cost control, health and safety, etc.
- Knowledge of basic legal regulations of the restaurant business (licenses and permits etc.)
- Knowledge of the main market players and their policies
- Strong business skills and good knowledge of market trend
- Leadership skills, effective motivation skills and team building skills
- Self motivation, excellent organisational and time management skills
