Job Description:

• Be part of a customer orientated culture of lastminute.com/Holiday Autos brand aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
• Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
• Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
• Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
• Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
• Manage the fulfilment of our customers holidays/car rental bookings
• Ensure every aspect of our customers booking is confirmed with our partners and that the customer has all the documentation they need for their booking
• Sourcing of suitable alternatives for customer bookings to ensure the confirmation of the booking
• Contribute positively to the team and the business

Requirements:

• University degree or final year student
• Min.6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment
• Experience in travel industry would be beneficial (knowledge of CRS or GDS)
• Fluency in German and business level English are definite must haves
• Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
• Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines under time pressure with a positive can-do attitude
• Outgoing personality
