German & English speaking Contact Centre Consultant
Job Description:
• Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
• Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
• Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
• Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
• Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
• Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
• Manage the fulfilment of our customers holidays bookings
• Ensure every aspect of our customers booking is confirmed with our partners and that the customer has all the documentation they need for their booking
• Sourcing of suitable alternatives for customer bookings to ensure the confirmation of the booking
• Contribute positively to the team and the business
Requirements:
• University degree or final year student
• Min.1 year of experience in customer service
• Experience in travel industry would be an asset
• Fluency in German and business level English
• Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
• Knowledge of CRS (Sabre Merlin/TOMA) or GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) would be an asset
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
• Outgoing personality
