German & English speaking Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Customer Service Consultants
- Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
- Understand and utilise best practice to ensure a seamless end to end customer experience
- Take ownership of all customer and supplier enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
- Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
- Contribute positively to the team and the business
- Strive to achieve customer care KPI’s and targets
- Lead by example representing the values of the business
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading a team
- 2 years of experience in customer service environment, preferably in travel industry
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of CRS (Sabre Merlin/TOMA) or GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) would be an asset
- Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
- Outgoing personality
