English & Spanish speaking Contact Centre Consultant
Job Description:
- Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
- Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
- Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
- Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
- Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
- Manage the fulfilment of our customers bookings
- Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
- Contribute positively to the team and the business
Requirements:
- University degree or final year student
- Min. 1 year of experience in customer service area
- Experience in travel industry would be an asset
- Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- GDS knowledge would be an asset
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
- Outgoing personality
