Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, an international company located in Zabierzów, we are looking for candidate who is interested to grow his/her career in a multinational financial company, on the position of:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
The person we’re looking for will be a support to company’s management by providing professional administrative services.
Main Duties:
• Daily support for two members of senior management
• Dealing with schedules, calendar of appointments and related arrangements
• Responding to requests for information and other regular ad-hoc requirements
• Preparing and composing reports, correspondence and documents
• Travel scheduling
• Dealing with distributing and archiving of documents
• Supporting the management by supplying information for making decisions (media monitoring, market research)
• Screening telephone calls and visitors, resolving inquires
Requirements:
• Master or Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1 year experience within multinational environment is a must
• Fluency in English
• Good command of German
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Very good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional attitude
• Creativity in dealing with problems
• Strong demonstrated self-motivation
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
