German & English speaking Customer Service Consultant
Job Description:
Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
Manage the fulfilment of our customers holidays bookings
Ensure every aspect of our customers booking is confirmed with our partners and that the customer has all the documentation they need for their booking
Sourcing of suitable alternatives for customer bookings to ensure the confirmation of the booking
Contribute positively to the team and the business
Requirements:
University degree or final year student
Min.1 year of experience in customer service
Experience in travel industry would be an asset
Fluency in German and business level English
Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
Knowledge of CRS (Sabre Merlin/TOMA) or GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) would be an asset
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
Outgoing personality
