Ticketing Supervisor

Job Description:
•Lead, motivate and develop a multi-lingual Ticketing team (supporting UK & Germany)
•Implement and continue to evolve efficient, cost effective ticketing processes for UK & German customers
•Ensure efficient processes exist to support the front line contact centre teams
•Build and maintain effective communication channels with ticketing agents and suppliers in order to ensure the swift resolution of customer issues
•Ensure the correct financial reconciliation of the ticketing process

Requirements:
•Must hold a valid CTC or CTM designation OR must demonstrate that he/ she has a minimum of two years’ continuous full time experience within the last 3 years in creating, generating and promoting passenger transportation, sales and services
•A minimum of two years experience in the last 3 years in leading a Ticketing team/ function
•Comprehensive understanding and experience of GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus)
•Knowledge of issuing tickets from at least 50 airline net contracts and good product knowledge
•Fluency in English and/ or German
•Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
•Excellent communication and problem solving skills
•Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
•Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
•Outgoing personality
