Travel Support

Please be informed that this is a temporary position for 6-9 months

Your main responsibilities
Responsible for domestic and international flights and hotel arrangements for the whole company with focus on European offices
Handle day-to-day management of employee s travel schedule, coordinate reservation requests via telephone or e-mail

Your qualifications
Bachelor degree or a student able to work full time
Interest in travel and hotel arrangements
Work experience in reservation desk would be an additional plus
Very good command of English language
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to set priorities
A can do attitude, able to work under pressure, flexible
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
