Joining Onholidays Polska as Business Support Specialist the overall purpose is to manage and oversee administrative and financial functions, in order to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This role involves handling of all aspects of travel operations and tour assignments, facilitating communication within the team and network of partners and suppliers, coordinating projects and implementing company policies.

Your job description will be, but not limited to the following:
- Inventory management (Blue Vendo)
- Deliver BI and data analysys
- Business planning and project management
- Hands-on approach, engagement and support working closely with colleagues, suppliers and partners to deliver strategic objectives
- Contribute to budgets and organisational plans
- Support Invoicing process
- Assist in maintaining the company's legal compliance
- Coordinate various aspects of the business (office supply, customer relations)
- Public appereance ( social media, internet, etc.)
