RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting transfers from and to the airport;
Assisting tourists with checking in at a hotel;
Conducting informational meetings with tourists;
Making sales of the company's services at a high level;
Accompanying tourists on excursions, providing accurate translation from Russian or English into Polish;
Strict adherence to the company rules when dealing with travelers' issues and conflict situations;
Financial responsibility for the company s funds and property at the employee s disposal;
Cooperation with other employees of the DMC, the company s services, airport and hotel services within the scope of duties;
Timely and accurate reporting according to the company standards and regulations.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Work in Tunisia from May to October;
Signing a contract outlining the obligations of the parties;
Legalization of the employee's stay and employment;
Training program;
A good mentoring system: a relationship in which an experienced or more competent specialist helps a less experienced or competent one acquire specific competencies;
Accommodation and meals;
Compensation for a flight and insurance;
Fixed salary and commission; total income starting from 800 euros;
Mobile communication (mobile Internet, free calls within the company);
Several sets of uniform;
Irregular working hours, 1 day off per week;
A vehicle for long-distance travels or transportation compensation is provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Passport valid until 2025 and beyond;
Proficiency in the Polish language;
Knowledge of the English or Russian languages. The ability to express your thoughts easily and without hesitation, both verbally and in writing, and to use expressive means of the language;
Positive attitude towards people and a willingness to be helpful;
The ability to adapt to the audience and its mood;
Tolerance to other people's lifestyle, behavior and customs;
Communicative competence, friendliness, artistry;
Stress resistance, quick adaptation to new circumstances, discipline;
The ability to work at a high pace, multitask and meet deadlines;
Organizational and teamwork skills;
The ability to articulate and express your thoughts clearly;
Work experience is a plus but it is not the main criterion.
IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE IF A CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:
Relevant education (tourism, service, hospitality);
Knowledge of additional languages;
Active sales skill;
The skill of working with an audience and a microphone;
Conflict management skills;
The ability to ride a motor scooter;
Valid international driving license (Category B) with the right to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.
