Challenges that await you

-Support in the selection and active sale of travel packages (including: airline ticket reservations, accommodation offers, travel insurance, car rental), depending on the needs and preferences of customers.
-After-sales service at every stage of travel.
-Ongoing cooperation with travel service providers.

Expectations

-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and travel product sales supported by results.
-Knowledge of world geography and foreign tourism issues, evidenced by passion for travel.
-Knowledge of the tourism industry.
-High motivation and willingness to fulfill customers' travel expectations.
-Openness, communicativeness, ability to build long-term relations.
-Good command of the English language both spoken and written.
-Previous study tours will be an additional asset.
